How it works

Our order process is quick and easy!

STEP 1 – PLACE YOUR ORDER

• Choose your portrait style. We have portraits to suit male and female pets. Pick which ones you like - we can use any style for any type of pet.
• Select a canvas size - small, medium or large
• Upload your original pet photo using the upload button on the product page. Please make sure your photo follows our Photo Guidelines section. (Don’t skim that one!)
• Add to cart and place your order

 

STEP 2 – OUR ARTISTS CREATE YOUR CUSTOM PET ART

• We will create your personalized pet portrait. We take pride in each and every design. At The Regal Pet, nothing leaves our facility unless everything is top notch.

 

STEP 3 – REVIEW YOUR PROOF

• Once we have your design ready, we will email you a proof to make sure you're happy with it. You can make unlimited changes on your order!
  
  

STEP 4 - PRINT AND SHIP

• Once you have approved your order, we send your artwork off to our printing center
• Once they have done one last quality check, they carefully package your order and ship it to your doorstep.
• You'll receive a parcel tracking number as soon as it's been designed, printed and shipped.
