We can create artwork using animals of all types! We don’t limit to just dogs and cats. Have a pig? A horse? A snake? No problem! Our talented team of designers can turn any pet into a one of a kind masterpiece.
At this time we only offer one animal per canvas, but our design team is currently working on creating multiple-pet designs for release in the future.
Please follow the guidelines on our “Photo Guidelines” page in order to get the best result. Our team will do a quality check on every image and will contact you if we feel we need a replacement photo. If for some reason you are unable to take a photo that is good quality (i.e. the pet has passed away) we will issue a refund. We take great pride in our work and don't want to create something that isn't high quality.
Absolutely! If you want us to choose from more than one photo, please place your order with one image. Once you receive your confirmation email, send us an email at support@theregalpet.com with your order number and additional images.
We are happy to email you a proof of your artwork before we send it to be printed upon request. We can make edits during this time. Please make sure to check the email address that you use to place your order, as that is where we will email proofs. If we don't hear back from you within a week of emailing you, we will send the artwork off to be printed. Please note that this will add time to your delivery.
We offer a small-sized canvas that is 8 x 12 (or 12 X 8 for horizontal designs) a medium-sized canvas which is 12 X 18 (or 18 X 12 for horizontal designs) and a large canvas which is 18 X 24 (or 24 X 18 for horizontal designs.)

Most orders are generally produced and ready to ship within 2-7 days. Once your order is sent to the printer, it takes approximately 12-14 days to arrive.
You will receive an email containing your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
